How Does This Fundraiser Work?

• Hip Chix is an easy, online fundraiser. We create a unique link for each charity organization, the charity will then email their unique link along with a note to their members, friends and family telling them the charity is holding a Hip Chix Fundraiser.
  
  
• When your members, friends and family clicks on your unique link they will be taken back to the Hip Chix website for an easy online shopping experience. Every purchase made will be tracked to your charity as it came through your unique link. We will then donate 40% of each sale to your charity! For all fundraisers with total sales over $2,000, an additional 10% will be donated to the charity.
  
  
• Hip Chix will ship all orders direct to the person who made the purchase, so there is no worry about the leader or the team distributing products or collecting money.
  
  
• Each leader who signs up for a fundraiser will be provided with a user ID and Password so they can login at any time to watch how the fundraiser is progressing. You will have direct access at all times to see your groups total sales.



• A check will be mailed within two weeks of the close of the fundraiser to the charity leader.

Online Jewelry Fundraiser FAQ:

Do I have to provide Hip Chix with my email addresses?

NO! You never give us your email addresses. You send the unique link out to your email list.

How long should the fundraiser last?

We recommend running the fundraiser for 2 weeks but it's your decision and it can go as long or short as you want.

When will our check be mailed after the fundraiser?

Typically checks are mailed within 7 to 10 days from the close of the fundraiser.

How do we get people to log-on and purchase?

Make sure your members forward the email with the unique link to all of their friends and family. Do not just direct people to the www.hipchixfundraisers.com site. They have to follow your unique link in order for the sale to be credited to your group.

Can my friends and family forward our team’s unique link to their friends?

Yes, encourage your friend to forward the unique link on to their friends. Remember your team gets 40% of all the sales that are made through your unique link. The more people who get your unique link the higher your sales. What you can not do is spam people with your email / unique link. You may only forward it to people you personally know, and then they can forward it to people they personally know and so forth.
