How Does This Fundraiser Work?

Ordering: Call toll free, 1-866-826-0944, and you’ll be assigned a Fundraising Consultant (FC) to take care of your order. For custom earrings, you’ll be asked to email your logo to this FC so that design may commence. Once your design is finalized and approved, you may place your order with your FC immediately. The average group orders 7 pairs of earrings per participant.

Specs: To ensure the best possible result, send us a vectored or high resolution version of your logo at 300dpi. Preferred file formats are: .eps, .pdf or .jpg. Please note that Microsoft Office files (.ppt, / .doc / .xls) are NOT compatible with the lab. It is also important to note that white logos or white typeface cannot be used on silver or gold emblems.

Payment: Accepted payment methods are: Major credit cards; checks; checks by phone; certified checks; money orders or credit terms to schools issuing valid purchase orders.

Shipping: Allow a minimum of 35 business days for delivery of your emblems once order is approved and payment is received. Shipping is free for orders of 50+.

In The Meantime: Spread word to your fundraising participants and prospective supporters about your upcoming fundraiser! You might consider issuing flyers, hanging posters, sending emails or posting on your website, Facebook profile or other social channels.
