Build-a-Book Fundraising Program

Welcome Build-a-Book!
Fundraiser Alley is proud to announce a new, unique fundraising idea for your school, church, team, or group. The Build-a-Book Fundraising Program is a fun idea for any age child! Read on for all the details on this new fundraiser. If you're interested in offering this fundraiser at your school, contact us for more information.

How it Works
Your group (school, classroom, church, sports team, etc…) will participate in creating an anthology.  Each student/group member will be allowed to utilize two pages in the book, one page of writing and a page for an illustration.  The illustration can be one that the student/group member has created or it can be a personal photo.  Once all assignments (writings and illustrations) have been completed, the group leader can then start the book creation process through Build-a-Book.


The book creation process can be implemented several different ways:

  1. The group leader can setup an account on the Build-a-Book website and allow each student/group member to individually upload his/her own work to the book.
  2. The group leader can upload the work, design, format, and create the book.
  3. The group leader can forward (via email or mail) all of the work to the group’s assigned Build-a-Book account representative and have the account representative design, format, and create the book for the group.  Once the book is created, a PDF proof of the book will be emailed or mailed to the great leader for approval. 

Pricing Overview
A hardcover book with 48 pages and a paperback book with 80 pages will cost $25.00. If the group needs to utilize more pages in a paperback book, it can do so at a rate of .10 per page above the 80 pages that is included in the price.

Prices will vary depending on the book type (paperback or hardcover), book color, and the number pages.

Shipping is FREE on all orders. Books will arrive within 3-4 weeks of the date that the order was placed.
